Born Christopher Gholson, but known to the musical world of hip-hop as Drumma Boy. This classically trained, mellifluous producer has manufactured many of hottest and most recognizable hip-hop beats in the past few years. This Memphis native has been credited for constructing the base thumping, car shacking beats of Young Jeezy, Scarface, Paul Wall, Plies, T-Pain, Lil Jon, Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane. With a classical background, this producer is bringing more then the normal hood stories to his beats. He’s offering stories through his music that spans the world and was created from years of admiring and listening to the true musicianship of the great oldies and today’s diverse music genres. Instead of attending his classes at the University of Memphis, Drumma was off in the studio pounding away at his beat machine.
