Jordan Keller is a third generation entertainment industry veteran whose law practice covers a range of specialties, including copyrights, trademarks, IP valuations, rights of publicity, contract negotiations, licensing, estate and probate matters involving intellectual property, litigation, fiduciary interactions, and technology issues. Keller grew up in the entertainment industry giving him an intimate working knowledge of the many legal pitfalls of doing business in the worlds of music, theatre, film and television. His grandfather, Herman Steiger, developed the first "legal" fake book, which provided music royalties to songwriters and publishers for the first time. His father, Jack Keller, wrote the television theme song to Bewitched, among many others.
